Changing household demographics, coupled with a shortage of affordable housing and the climate crisis, is challenging the antiquated, American ideal of living in a single-family detached home.
Seigle is a medium-density housing project that provides a balance of privacy and community consisted of three different housing & formal typologies: Townhouses, L-shaped and Bar-shaped 4-story buildings with underground parking.
